A STORY THAT STARTED OVER 2 CENTURIES AGO
The idea of an entrepreneur, the rebirth of a unique home. The green of the hills the morning breeze that touches your face. A very simple place to stay, which smells of grass by day and jasmine by night.
The gaze that sweeps across the plain to the sea and reaches the profile of the Venetian palaces that are reflected in the Grand Canal.
Turning our eyes to the north, first the Venetian Pre-Alps and the Dolomites then lead us to the thought of being at the center of a wonderful natural amphitheater where emotions come alive.
This is the Doge's House.
It is said that in the years of splendor of the Serenissima Republic of Venice it was customary for some Venetian nobles to escape the summer heat by vacationing in farmhouses and villas.
Casa del Doge is situated in Cappella Maggiore, in the beautiful countryside of rural Veneto. This stunning property offers a peaceful and comfortable stay where you can enjoy the glorious countryside and where you will experience some of the best views across the Veneto Plains. Doge's House stands on a slope that laps the Unesco heritage area, the Prosecco hills, surrounded by over 15.857 square meters of lawn and woodland, a few kilometers from the Venice-Belluno highway which allows you to reach two other World Heritage Sites Unesco in less than an hour: Venice and the wonderful Dolomites with their pearl, Cortina d'Ampezzo, theater of the next Winter Olympic Games - Milan Cortina 2026.
Doge's House is the result of a real estate initiative born in the mind of a local entrepreneur: to bring to the old splendor a home that over the years has faded like an old vintage photo.
The excellent conservative restoration directed by the architect Evasio De Luca, has allowed the development of 3 floors for a total of 800 square meters of living space.
